How OneMove handles information
1. About OneMove
OneMove is a sports education platform available at onemove.ir, publishing educational content about sports techniques, correct movement execution and related topics.
This Privacy Policy covers the OneMove website and the services and tools used to operate it.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the relevant OneMove feature, we may process:
- technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as request and server log data;
- administrative information required to operate internal OneMove tools;
- authentication and authorization information required to connect official OneMove accounts to external services;
- content and metadata required to prepare, schedule, publish or manage OneMove content.
3. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate, maintain and secure the OneMove website;
- operate internal administration tools;
- securely connect official OneMove accounts to services used by OneMove;
- prepare, schedule, publish and manage official OneMove content;
- diagnose errors, prevent misuse and maintain reliability.
4. Third-party services
OneMove may use third-party services for parts of its infrastructure, administration or content publishing workflow.
When this happens, only information reasonably necessary for the relevant function is exchanged with the service. Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. OneMove's Pinterest integration
OneMove uses an internal tool to manage content for its official Pinterest business account. This integration is designed to manage boards and Pins belonging to OneMove and is not designed to access private information belonging to other Pinterest users.
Authorization is performed through OAuth. To operate the integration, OneMove may process information such as boards, Pins, authorization permissions and access or refresh tokens associated with the authenticated OneMove account.
This information is used to perform functions such as reading OneMove boards, creating and managing Pins, scheduling content and maintaining the authorized Pinterest connection.
6. Information security
Access to administrative tools and connected-service credentials is restricted to authorized OneMove use. Sensitive connection information, including access tokens and authentication credentials, is protected using appropriate technical controls.
No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security, but OneMove uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to reduce risk.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting or record-keeping.
For the Pinterest integration, disconnecting the integration through OneMove's administration tools removes the stored access and refresh tokens associated with that connection.
Limited non-sensitive operational information may be retained for a reasonable period where needed for troubleshooting or system integrity.
8. Sharing of information
OneMove does not sell or rent authorization data, access tokens or connected-service credentials.
Information may only be processed or transferred:
- by services required to operate OneMove infrastructure;
- when necessary to perform a requested function through a connected service;
- when required by applicable law;
- when necessary to protect the security or integrity of OneMove.
9. Your choices
Where supported by the relevant service, the account owner may revoke authorization or disconnect an integration.
After a connection is disconnected, OneMove will no longer use that authorization to access the relevant service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as OneMove features or connected services change. The current version will remain available at this URL, and the last updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
